Data Deletion
Effective July 1, 2026. You’re always in control of your data. There are three ways to remove it, described below.
1. Disconnect a platform
Go to Practice → Connections and disconnect any platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). This immediately and permanently deletes the access tokens stored for that platform. It does not affect your account or the content you’ve already created — only that platform’s connection.
2. Delete your account & all data
Go to Practice → Plan & usage → Danger zone and choose to delete your account. This permanently and irreversibly removes all of your data: your profile, platform connections, content (footage, images, captions, posts), media files, performance metrics, and subscription. This action cannot be undone. This is the self-serve deletion method referenced in our Meta app submission.
3. By email
Prefer to have us do it for you? Email injectoros.app@gmail.com from your account’s registered address and ask us to delete your account. We complete all such requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Full account deletion (methods 2 and 3) removes your injector profile, encrypted platform tokens, uploaded and generated content and media, performance metrics, booking-link data, and subscription/billing records we control. Billing records Stripe or law requires us to retain independently are kept only as long as required. Backups fully roll off within 30 days of deletion. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — there is no recovery period once it completes.
