Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

InjectorOS is operated by GrowthLabConsultants LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use InjectorOS, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at injectoros.app@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Your account email address (used to log you in).
  • Your injector business profile — name, practice, city, booking URL, services, and related details you provide.
  • Social-platform access tokens for the accounts you connect. These are encrypted at rest (AES-256-CBC) — we never see or store your platform password.
  • Content you upload or that we generate on your behalf — footage, images, and captions.
  • Post performance metrics we retrieve from the platforms you connect.
  • Salted, hashed IP addresses of visitors to your booking links. We never store a raw IP address.
  • Operational logs (e.g. request and error logs) needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

We use this information to operate InjectorOS for you: to analyze the footage you provide, to plan and generate content you direct, to publish that content to the platforms you connect, and to show you how your posts are performing.

4. Who we share it with (subprocessors)

We use the following subprocessors to run InjectorOS:

  • Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and xAI — AI generation, routed through our model router. Google is also used for Google Drive if you use Drive-based footage ingestion.
  • Supabase — our database and login provider.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored by us.
  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and any other platform you connect — content flows to them at your direction, to publish the posts you approve.
  • Hetzner — our infrastructure host.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Data location

Your data is processed and stored in the United States.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is purged (see “Your choices & deletion” below and our Data Deletion page). Backups rotate out within 30 days of deletion. Billing and financial records are retained for as long as applicable law requires, independent of account deletion.

7. Your choices & deletion

You can disconnect a connected platform at any time, which immediately deletes that platform’s stored access tokens. You can delete your entire account and all associated data self-serve in the app, or by emailing us — either way, deletion is honored within 30 days. See Data Deletion for the exact steps.

8. Your privacy rights

If you are a resident of Texas or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. You can exercise these rights by emailing injectoros.app@gmail.com or by using the self-serve tools described above.

If you are a Texas resident, you also have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to opt out of any “sale” of personal data or targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. We respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days. If we decline, you may appeal by emailing injectoros.app@gmail.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General. We are not currently subject to the California CCPA; if that changes, we will update this policy.

9. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in, and a short-lived operator-impersonation cookie used only by our support/admin staff when assisting your account. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or ad cookies.

10. Children

InjectorOS is a professional tool for licensed aesthetic practitioners. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page, and we’ll give you notice of material changes.
