Terms of Service

Effective July 1, 2026.

1. Agreement

InjectorOS is operated by GrowthLabConsultants LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using InjectorOS, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

InjectorOS is built for licensed aesthetic professionals (e.g. RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, estheticians) marketing their own practice. You are responsible for holding and maintaining any professional license required for your services, and for complying with the advertising and marketing rules of your profession and jurisdiction.

3. Your content & license

You own the footage, images, and other content you upload, and the captions and posts generated on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and publish that content solely to operate InjectorOS for you and, at your direction, to the platforms you connect.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use InjectorOS for any unlawful purpose, to infringe another party’s rights, or in a way that violates the policies of any platform you connect (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

5. Compliance features are an aid, not advice

InjectorOS includes a compliance engine that flags content that may raise advertising or platform-policy concerns. It is a helpful aid, not legal or medical advice, and it does not catch every possible issue. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the professional, advertising, and platform rules that apply to you.

6. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. We may change our prices, and we’ll give you notice before a change takes effect on your account.

7. Termination & deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

InjectorOS is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that our compliance features will identify every possible issue with your content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InjectorOS and GrowthLabConsultants LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrowthLabConsultants LLC and its officers, members, and employees from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the content you upload, generate, or publish through the service; (b) your use of the service; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your violation of any third party’s rights or any connected platform’s terms or policies (including Meta, Instagram, and Facebook). We may assume the exclusive defense of any indemnified matter at your expense, and you agree to cooperate.

11. Disputes

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to email injectoros.app@gmail.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Waivers. To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only individually, not as part of any class or representative action.

12. Governing law
